Return & Refund Policy (Services)
All services are non-refundable once work has started or the session time has reserved. Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable and apply toward your scheduled time or project. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice; reschedules are subject to availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full. If we cannot deliver the service as agreed, our liability is limited to the amount paid.  All mixing and mastering services are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been received. Payment secures project time, expertise, and production resources.

We include revision rounds to ensure satisfaction, but refunds will not be issued for creative preference changes after work starts.

If a project must be cancelled before work begins, any deposit or payment may be applied as credit toward a future service (valid for 60 days).

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services will result in permanent refusal of future services.

Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll help resolve it or re-send the files. 

 Return & Refund Policy (Physical Products)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Final sale items are not eligible for return. 

 Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services or delivered products may result in a permanent booking/purchase restriction.
