Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled session.

A session begins at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled ending time.

Additional studio time is subject to availability and may require additional payment.

Clients agree to pay the prices displayed or quoted at the time of booking or purchase.

Certain appointments, memberships, products, or services may require advance payment, a deposit, or a valid payment method before the service is confirmed.

Additional services or studio time may result in additional charges.

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the service booked.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments may be subject to cancellation charges or loss of amounts already paid, subject to applicable law and any terms disclosed during booking.

Clients should contact Mixed By Toch Inc. as soon as possible when an appointment needs to be changed.

Membership services are subject to the specific benefits, usage limits, access rules, billing terms, and studio policies associated with the selected membership.

Membership benefits are intended for the registered member unless otherwise stated.

Members are responsible for following all facility, guest, equipment, safety, and access policies.

Clients and guests must use studio equipment and facilities responsibly.

Clients may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, unauthorized use, or failure to follow studio instructions.

Mixed By Toch Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate access when necessary to protect clients, employees, equipment, property, or business operations.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from Mixed By Toch Inc., you agree to receive text messages related to your interaction with our business.
